Product Supply and Production

In particular, we pay great attention to supplying each product from the region where it grows. Apricots from Malatya, walnuts from Kahramanmaraş, pistachios from Gaziantep, hazelnuts from Giresun, almonds from Datça, pumpkin seeds from Nevşehir, roasted chickpeas from Denizli, figs from Aydın, dried mulberries from Elazig and black grapes. We get it specially prepared from Kilis. As Nişantaşı Güven Kuruyemiş, we always aim to sell the most special and high quality products of each region. Package and packaging is the most important element for nuts. The ziplock bags we prefer for fresh storage and the special vacuum packaging we produce for abroad are indispensable for Güven Kuruyemiş. We also purchase products that are not grown in Turkey through importer companies from abroad. These include blueberry, golden strawberry, blueberry, dried pineapple and date varieties.

Product Preparation Technics

We have a workshop in Arnavutköy. Our workshop, spread over an area of 1000 square meters, has a daily capacity of 1500 kilograms of product sorting, roasting and packaging. We carefully select all of our products and roast them with a special technique. All the products we roast are analyzed repeatedly in the form of samples, and the application of the salt ratio and roasting degree in salty products and the degree of roasting in unsalted products are determined by analyzing the same.
